203: Sound Baths, Somatic Healing and Work Besties

The suburbs of Music City are alive — not with the sounds of music — but with sound BATHS! This week, we ventured out as a group to try a private sound bath at HAUM in Franklin, TN. We summarize our very colorful experiences. We also issue and begin a 30 day challenge targeting trauma healing through somatic hip release exercises a la Tik Tok. 

With our own healing well underway, we attempt to help some of our listeners heal their own life issues: 

1. A new mom needs our take on navigating a situation with her mother-in-law and the cleanliness of baby clothes during her caretaking. 
2. A new listener needs our opinions in regard to her husband’s anxiety over their financial stability.
3. Finally, we all debate the appropriate way to help a listener handle a work bestie’s ethical faux pas that resulted in the firing of another coworker. Ethics fans will love this one!
